Tập đoàn Hàn Quốc xây sân golf hơn 16 triệu USD ở Thái Nguyên

   Cuối năm nay, Tập đoàn Hàn Quốc MDA dự kiến xây dựng sân golf 18 hố tại xã Thành Công, TP Phổ Yên với vốn hơn 387 tỷ đồng.

   Dự án sân golf Glory có quy mô gần 54 ha, quy mô 18 hố cùng khu dịch vụ, điều hành câu lạc bộ (club house), công trình phụ trợ với tổng vốn đầu tư 3878,5 tỷ đồng, tương đương gần 16,5 triệu USD. Trong đó, nhà đầu tư góp 20%, còn lại là vốn huy động theo tiến độ dự án.

   UBND tỉnh Thái Nguyễn chấp thuận chủ trương đầu tư dự án sân golf Glory tại xã Thành Công cho Công ty TNHH MDA G&C hồi tháng 6. Trên website của mình, Tập đoàn Hàn Quốc cũng giới thiệu MDA G&C đang phát triển dự án sân golf tại Thái Nguyên.

   MDA thành lập năm 2006, với ngành nghề chính là xây dựng, bất động sản công nghiệp và cũng phát triển các hoạt động kinh doanh tại Việt Nam ngay sau đó. Trước đó, đầu năm 2021, doanh nghiệp Hàn Quốc cũng gặp lãnh đạo tỉnh Thái Nguyên đề xuất tỉnh sớm chấp thuận chủ trương tổ hợp sân golf, khu sinh thái, biệt thự nghỉ dưỡng tại Phổ Yên.

   Sân golf Glory được đặt tại xóm Nhe và xóm Na Lang, xã Thành Công, TP Phổ Yên. Vị trí này cách trung tâm TP Phổ Yên 12 km, trung tâm TP Thái Nguyên 32 km, trung tâm TP Hà Nội 60 km. Phía Bắc dự án giáp vành đai 5 quy hoạch vùng thủ đô; phía Tây giáp đất rừng xóm Nhe; phía Đông giáp khu dân hiện trạng và đất rừng xóm Bìa, Na Lang 1; phía Nam giáp Hồ Suối Lạnh. Hiện trạng khu vực dự án chủ yếu là đất rừng sản xuất (rừng trồng) với hơn 48 ha. Đất phi nông nghiệp chỉ có khoảng 1,3 ha.

   Theo kế hoạch, sau khi hoàn thành thủ tục chấp thuận chủ trương đầu tư, chuyển mục đích sử dụng đất, đề nghị giao, thuê đất, công ty sẽ xây dựng sân golf, công trình phụ trợ, mua sắm thiết bị từ quý IV/2023. Dự án này dự kiến hoàn thành và đi vào hoạt động từ quý III/2025.

   Sân golf Glory là một trong 13 sân golf được Thủ tướng phê duyệt trong quy hoạch tỉnh Thái Nguyên thời kỳ 2021-2030, tầm nhìn đến 2050. Hiện tại, Thái Nguyên vẫn chưa có sân golf tiêu chuẩn nào. Theo quy hoạch, ngoài Glory, TP Phổ Yên sẽ có thêm 2 sân golf khác. TP Thái Nguyên có 3 sân, huyện Đại Từ cũng có 3 sân, TP Sông Công có 2 sân. 2 dự án còn lại tại huyện Phú Bình và Đồng Hỷ.
