   10 ông lớn bất động sản nhà ở vẫn tồn kho hơn 270.000 tỷ đồng (khoảng 11,4 tỷ USD), trong đó Novaland chiếm một nửa với 139.000 tỷ đồng.

   Theo số liệu VnExpress thống kê, đến hết quý II, 10 doanh nghiệp bất động sản nhà ở niêm yết có lượng hàng tồn kho lớn nhất thị trường hơn 270.000 tỷ đồng, giảm nhẹ so với cuối quý I, cũng như cuối năm 2022.

   Novaland là doanh nghiệp đứng đầu với khoảng 139.000 tỷ đồng hàng tồn kho, tăng hơn 2.000 tỷ đồng so với cuối quý I. Trong đó, giá trị tồn kho bất động sản đang xây dựng của đơn vị này xấp xỉ 127.800 tỷ đồng, chủ yếu gồm các khoản chi phí tiền sử dụng đất, tư vấn thiết kế, xây dựng và các chi phí khác trực tiếp liên quan đến các dự án. Bên cạnh đó, giá trị tồn kho bất động sản đã hoàn thành của công ty này khoảng 11.100 tỷ đồng, giảm hơn 700 tỷ đồng so với cuối năm ngoái.

   Chi phí tồn kho của Novaland chủ yếu ở các đại dự án như NovaWorld Phan Thiet, NovaWorld Ho Tram, Aqua City. Hiện tại, các dự án này vẫn chờ được cơ quan quản lý tháo gỡ vướng mắc về mặt pháp lý. Hai quý cuối năm, Novaland đặt mục tiêu bàn giao sản phẩm theo đúng cam kết với khách hàng tại loạt dự án, giúp lợi nhuận của công ty dương trở lại. Nửa đầu năm, lợi nhuận sau thuế của công ty âm khoảng 611 tỷ đồng.
